Falkirk Business Hub has a variety of high quality meeting and conference rooms available to hire.
Our three small meeting rooms are located on the ground floor. The Wallace, Linlithgow and Stevenson meeting rooms each seat up to four people (**).
Our prestigious first floor boardroom seats ten around a circular table. Fully modernised this room is located within the original listed building and boasts traditional features and corner turret. The boardroom has a wall-mounted 50 inch flat screen with HMDI, VGA and USB connections for PC and Mac laptops.
Next to the boardroom, our seminar suite on the first floor offers a large room that can be divided by sound-proofed movable walls, creating two independent spaces. The full seminar suite can accommodate up to 59 delegates theatre style. When divided, the large seminar room provides board room style space for twelve and the small seminar room seats eight. There is a portable 50 inch screen in the seminar suite with HMDI and USB connections. Each space can be adjusted to provide theatre, boardroom, classroom or U-shape layouts.
As the boardroom and seminar suite are located adjacently, they can be booked together to provide the perfect space for larger events such as breakfast or evening seminars, networking events or company presentations.
Our onsite cafe Finnegans will be happy to speak with you regarding catering arrangements for your meetings and events, from tea, coffee and cakes through to breakfast rolls, sandwich lunches, afternoon teas or canapes.
All meeting space bookings include:
- standard AV
- a flipchart
- set up of desired layout/seating
Meeting rooms can be booked by anyone – our tenants and HubLounge members also benefit from a 10% discount on hire costs.

** The Stevenson meeting room has been named after Mandie Stevenson and for all bookings made in 2018, Falkirk Business Hub will donate a minimum of 20% of hire costs for this room to Breast Cancer Now. To add your name to the Stevenson wall of support, simply book your meeting room in the Stevenson room and we will automatically donate 20% of your total cost to the charity.
