Mental Health in the Workplace Seminar – Tuesday 11th February 2020

    Time: 12:00 pm – 14:00 pm

Gravitate HR invites you to attend our latest informal Lunchtime Seminar on Tuesday 11th February 2020 at the Falkirk Business Hub.

Marianne McJannett from TC Young will be a guest speaker at a series of Seminars we are holding in February 2020. Marianne jointly leads the employment team at TC Young and assists clients daily to manage difficult HR issues within their organisations. She regularly advises individuals on employment rights during difficult periods of their employment and provides practical advice on necessary employment procedures, drafts contracts of employment, training contracts, service agreements and policies for organisations and represents claimants and respondents at employment tribunals. She is involved in the preparation of and attendance at tribunals and has been successful in presenting and defending clients on a number of subjects including: unfair dismissal, maternity discrimination, Working Time Regulations, disability discrimination and sex discrimination.

Our lunchtime seminar will be an interactive session where Marianne will discuss ways that employers can get ahead when it comes to mental health and wellbeing in the workplace rather than always playing catch-up. She’ll discuss the associated research/case studies and there will be an open conversation about the key trends and areas for improvement that employers are seeing.

It is set to be a very thought-provoking afternoon so make sure you book your tickets now if you’d like to join us at this session.

A complimentary lunch will be also be provided. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please let us know by emailing celine@gravitatehr.co.uk by Tuesday 4th February 2020.
