Nordic Walking is a safe, natural, dynamic, social form of exercise where the use of specially designed Nordic walking poles are added to natural walking. It trains the body in a holistic, symmetric and balanced way.
Benefits of Nordic Walking include improved posture and decreased impact through lower limb joints. It is a fantastic way to get your whole body moving and to significantly improve the condition of your muscles, heart and lungs.
The weekend is hosted by Life Fit Wellness team Arlene and David Bowmaker INWA National Nordic Walking Coach and instructors who will safely introduce you to Nordic Walking, a fantastic way to boost your health and fitness this new year.
