Finnegans First Week in the Falkirk Business Hub

As many of you may know Finnegans opened this week in the Hub and the buzz has been felt throughout the whole building and throughout Falkirk.

Chef and Finnegans owner, Giles Nicholl has a simple approach to creating a great place to eat.

You may recognise Giles as a familiar face in Falkirk town centre where he’s well known to local diners and businesses. He re-opened the big red doors that previously was Findlays on Monday September 3rd with a new identity; Finnegans. Giles is bringing his Irish roots and experience in establishments such as Findlays, The Champany Inn and Unicorn Inn to satisfy the taste buds of the people of Falkirk. This independent eatery will only serve quality produce that is locally sourced from suppliers such as Oliphant Bakers, Falleninch Farm, Browns Butchers and The Cake Lady Falkirk.

Finnegans offers quality, affordable breakfasts, sandwiches, paninis, lunches and great tasting coffee supplied by Puro. Giles aim is to offer the best of Irish and Scottish cuisines as well as some international influences.

“Our food is prepared fresh to order bringing to life great ingredients in a quality, home cooking style” say Giles whose Irish roots have taught him to create food that is unpretentious to they eye and memorable to taste.

Finnegans is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30 pm and Saturday 9 am to 4.30pm. Closed Sundays. Finnegans will also cater to private parties.

Whether you choose to enjoy the comfortable ambience of Finnegans or food to go, the team will make you feel very welcome.
