We are pleased to announce that you can now reserve your meeting space at any time of the day via your computer, tablet or smartphone. But don’t worry – you can still book in person or by phone with our Hosts from 8am-9pm Monday – Thursday, until 7pm on a Friday and on Saturday morning until 1pm.
To book online visit the Meetings page and follow the link – the Appointedd system then takes you through your meeting requirements and you will receive email confirmation. Once you’ve made an online booking, one of our Hosts will contact you to confirm the details – so that you know that everything is in hand.
The Hub has a range of spaces available:
- three small meeting rooms: The Wallace, Linlithgow and Callander – clean modern and self-contained, each comfortably seat four people and are located within the ground floor HubLounge area
- first floor boardroom: circular table seating ten within the renovated Victorian building with an outlook to the Ochil Hills
- seminar suite: located on the first floor we have a two modern seminar rooms, which can be combined to create one large meeting or seminar space (accommodating 8, 12 or up to 59 delegates).
All our room rental charges include a flipchart, whiteboard and on the first floor access to a 50 inch screen. We can also arrange for catering to be provided from teas, coffees & cakes to breakfasts, lunch or canapes.
And don’t forget – all Hub tenants, including coworkers, are entitled to a 10% discount on room hire.
